These Terms of Service govern your use of tryravea.com and any purchase you make from Ravea. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Ravea. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including the extract ratio, dose, and ingredients. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown. We may change, limit, or discontinue any product at any time, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Health Disclaimer

Ravea sells food supplements, not medicines. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for it.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, have a diagnosed medical condition, or take prescription medication. Ravea is intended to sit alongside your existing routine, not to replace anything your doctor has prescribed. Individual results vary.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate; if a pricing error occurs we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and issue a full refund. Payment is taken at the time of purchase, and for subscriptions at each renewal.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Subscription orders renew automatically until cancelled. Billing cadences are every 28 days for the single-bottle plan, every 88 days for the Buy Two, Get One Free plan, and every 148 days for the Buy Three, Get Two Free plan. By starting a subscription you authorise us to charge your payment method at each renewal until you cancel.

You may pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel at any time through the My Orders portal or by emailing sales@tryravea.com. To avoid a charge, cancel before the end of your current billing period. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period and do not retroactively refund charges already processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free on all orders and delivery takes 5–9 business days. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, or to copy, scrape, or resell our content without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Ravea name, logo, text, images, and design — is owned by Ravea or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. User Content

If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ravea is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to that claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Ravea harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of our site or products.

Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.
